Maruti Suzuki Raises Car Prices Amid West Asia Crisis

Maruti Suzuki has announced an increase in the ex-showroom prices of its cars across India, attributing the move to the ongoing West Asia crisis that has disrupted the supply chain of critical components. The automaker said that the escalation in costs of imported parts and logistics has made it necessary to adjust the pricing structure for its entire product lineup.

The company did not disclose specific figures for the hike, but it confirmed that the adjustment will apply to all models, including the popular Alto, Swift, and Dzire.
