Manipur Police Crack Down on Inter‑State Codeine Syrup Trafficking Network

Earlier this week, Manipur police carried out a coordinated operation that dismantled a suspected codeine syrup smuggling network operating across state borders. The raid led to the arrest of several suspects and the seizure of a large quantity of the drug. The alleged kingpin of the ring is currently in custody in Gujarat, according to police statements. The operation is part of a broader crackdown on drug trafficking in the region.
