Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh has appealed for a united approach to close the trust gap that he says is widening between the government and the public. In his remarks, the CM stressed that rebuilding confidence requires participation from political leaders, bureaucrats, civil society and ordinary citizens alike.
