Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh called for joint efforts to address the growing trust deficit among citizens, emphasizing cooperation across all sections of society.

Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh has appealed for a united approach to close the trust gap that he says is widening between the government and the public. In his remarks, the CM stressed that rebuilding confidence requires participation from political leaders, bureaucrats, civil society and ordinary citizens alike.

He warned that a persistent trust deficit could hamper development initiatives and erode the social fabric of the state. By encouraging open dialogue and transparent governance, Singh hopes to restore faith in public institutions.

The call for collective effort comes as the state navigates several policy challenges, and the CM underscored that collaborative action is essential for sustainable progress.
