The Chief Minister of Manipur made an appeal to students who are currently studying technical courses outside the state. He highlighted the importance of bringing back the expertise gained elsewhere to strengthen local industries and infrastructure.
He emphasized that the knowledge and skills acquired by these students in fields such as engineering, information technology and other technical disciplines could be instrumental in addressing the state's developmental needs.
