Maharashtra teen and parents die after cliff fall following phone dispute

Authorities reported that a family of three – a teenage boy and his parents – fell from a cliff in Maharashtra after an argument over a mobile phone escalated. Police said the dispute began at the family’s residence and the trio moved towards the cliff edge, where they lost balance and fell.

Rescue teams were dispatched to the site, but the steep terrain and height made recovery operations difficult. The bodies of the three victims were later retrieved, confirming that all members of the family had succumbed to the fall.
