Mumbai, Aug 21 (Mid-Day) – Maharashtra’s government today formalised a partnership with Hesse, a federal state in Germany, to explore joint opportunities in investment, technology and skill development. The agreement was unveiled by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis during a bilateral meeting that highlighted the two regions’ complementary strengths.
The MoU outlines a framework for collaborative projects, knowledge exchange and business delegations that will focus on sectors where Maharashtra seeks growth and Hesse offers expertise. Both sides said the partnership will create pathways for German firms to set up operations in the Indian state and for local startups to access European markets.
