The Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has suspended the licenses of seven eateries, including popular establishments like Ottoman Cafe and Bharat Canteen, due to serious food safety violations.

The Maharashtra FDA conducted inspections at various eateries across the state and found several establishments in violation of food safety regulations. The suspended establishments include Ottoman Cafe, Bharat Canteen, and five other unnamed restaurants. The FDA stated that the violations ranged from improper food handling and storage to inadequate sanitation practices. The licenses of these eateries have been suspended until they rectify the violations and meet the required food safety standards.
