The Maharashtra government has unveiled Reform Utsav-2026, a comprehensive plan aimed at enhancing governance efficiency and expanding digital service delivery across the state.
In a recent announcement, the Maharashtra government unveiled Reform Utsav-2026, a flagship initiative designed to overhaul governance processes and broaden digital service provision.
The plan focuses on digitizing core government services, cutting down paperwork, and boosting transparency. A unified digital platform will allow citizens to apply for permits, file taxes, and lodge grievances online.
Officials will receive training, IT infrastructure will be upgraded, and a monitoring framework will track progress, with the rollout slated to be completed by 2026.
