Aashish Jhalla of Madhya Pradesh has been assigned the portfolio of national minister in the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha's newly formed national team.
The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) has announced its new national team, naming Madhya Pradesh leader Aashish Jhalla as a national minister. The appointment places Jhalla in charge of a key portfolio at the national level within the youth wing of the ruling party.
Jhalla previously served as a minister in the Madhya Pradesh Youth Morcha and held the position of city minister for the ABVP unit in Devas. His experience in both the party's youth organization and the student wing is cited as a factor behind his elevation.
The move is seen as part of BJYM's effort to refresh its leadership ahead of upcoming electoral cycles, bringing regional leaders with grassroots experience into the central structure.
