Madhya Pradesh Tightens Road Safety: All Potholes to be Filled by September 30

MD Bharat Yadav announced the directive on Tuesday, urging all state road departments to complete the filling of potholes by 30 September. The order comes after a series of road accidents attributed to uneven surfaces and stray cattle on highways. In addition to pothole repairs, the government will enforce stricter controls on illegal parking and encroachments that obstruct traffic. Officials expect the measures to reduce accidents and improve traffic flow across the state.
