The state government has announced a National Ayurveda Training Institute that will offer courses in online, offline and hybrid formats, allowing doctors, nurses, students, researchers and the general public to earn certificates from anywhere.
The Madhya Pradesh government has unveiled plans to establish a National Ayurveda Training Institute that will provide comprehensive education in Ayurveda through online, offline, and hybrid learning models. The institute aims to make Ayurvedic knowledge accessible to a wide audience, regardless of geographic location.
Courses will be structured to accommodate different learning preferences: fully online modules for remote learners, traditional classroom sessions for hands‑on practice, and hybrid programs that combine both approaches. Each program will culminate in a nationally recognized certificate.
The target demographic includes medical professionals such as doctors and nurses, students, researchers, and members of the general public interested in Ayurvedic practices. The institute intends to bridge the gap between conventional medical training and traditional Ayurvedic education.
By offering flexible learning options and a standardized certification process, the institute seeks to promote the integration of Ayurveda into mainstream healthcare and to support the growth of the industry across India.
