Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav arrived in Omkareshwar, performed puja at Rajrajeswari Temple and will attend the night aarti before discussing Singhasth-2028 development plans with officials.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav of Madhya Pradesh touched down in the pilgrim town of Omkareshwar on Thursday. Upon arrival, he visited the historic Rajrajeswari Temple where he offered prayers, signalling the start of his official itinerary.
In the evening, the CM is scheduled to take part in the Jyotirlinga's traditional night aarti, a ritual observed by thousands of devotees at the sacred site. His presence underscores the government's respect for the region's religious significance.
Following the aarti, Dr. Yadav will convene a high‑level meeting with senior officials to review the progress of the Singhasth-2028 project, a multi‑year development programme aimed at enhancing infrastructure and tourism in the area.
