In Ludhiana, official Jain called on combine harvester owners to adhere to prescribed rules, stressing compliance for safety and efficiency.
A recent statement in Ludhiana saw official Jain urging owners of combine harvesters to strictly observe the rules laid down by agricultural authorities. Jain emphasized that adherence to these regulations is essential to ensure safe operation, minimize accidents, and protect the environment during the harvesting season.
The call for compliance comes amid growing concerns that unchecked use of combines can lead to equipment failures and unsafe working conditions for laborers. By following prescribed maintenance schedules, operating guidelines, and emission standards, owners can contribute to smoother harvests and avoid penalties.
Amar Ujala reported the remarks, noting that relevant departments will monitor adherence and may take corrective action against violations. The appeal underscores the government's focus on disciplined agricultural practices in Punjab's key farming districts.
