Director Lokesh Kanagaraj posted a fresh picture featuring actor Allu Arjun, hinting at upcoming developments and fueling speculation that the AA23 film may be postponed.
Earlier this week, director Lokesh Kanagaraj uploaded a new photograph on his social media accounts that shows him alongside Telugu star Allu Arjun. The image, taken during a casual shoot, was captioned with a cryptic note about "interesting updates" for an upcoming project.
The post has reignited rumours that the much‑anticipated film tentatively titled AA23, which was expected to bring together Kanagaraj and Allu Arjun, might be put on hold. Industry insiders had previously reported that production schedules were being re‑examined, and the latest visual cue appears to confirm those concerns.
Neither the director nor the actor has issued an official statement confirming a delay or cancellation. Their representatives have only reiterated that fans will be informed once concrete plans are finalized.
The potential postponement is being closely watched by both Tamil and Telugu cinema audiences, as a collaboration between Kanagaraj, known for his high‑octane narratives, and Allu Arjun, a leading action star, could have significant box‑office implications.
