In the current monsoon session, the Lok Sabha has postponed its proceedings until 2 p.m., citing procedural delays.
On Thursday, the Lok Sabha decided to postpone its proceedings until 2 p.m. during the monsoon session.
The move was taken after a brief debate over procedural matters and was aimed at allowing time for the pending agenda items to be addressed.
The decision came as the house was preparing to discuss key legislative items, but the session was delayed due to the need for additional time to review the bills.
The postponement is expected to affect the schedule of debates and votes for the remainder of the day.
