Tragedy struck Jilehri village in the Amarwara assembly constituency of Chhindwara district when lightning struck a family working in their field. Seven members of the same family were hit by the bolt.
All seven individuals sustained injuries and were rushed for medical attention. Tragically, one young woman among the injured passed away while receiving treatment.
