Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah greeted people across Jammu and Kashmir on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, highlighting communal harmony.
Jammu and Kashmir's top officials marked the Hindu festival of Raksha Bandhan on Saturday, with Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah meeting residents in several districts.
