Jammu, J&K – Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha formally opened a new sports complex, a shooting range and the lighting system for the cricket stadium at the University of Jammu. The ceremony was attended by university officials, faculty members and local dignitaries.
The sports complex includes a multi‑purpose indoor arena, a gymnasium and a synthetic track, while the shooting range is equipped for both rifle and pistol training. The cricket stadium, now fitted with high‑intensity floodlights, can host evening matches and regional tournaments.
