State Congress president Jitu Patwari visited the home of Arpit Jaj’s relatives in Dewas, expressing condolences and linking the tragedy to inadequate education and hostel facilities.
Dewas – On Tuesday, Madhya Pradesh Congress chief Jitu Patwari travelled to the residence of Arpit Jaj’s family in Dewas to offer his condolences after the young man lost his life in a road accident in Delhi. He was received by the grieving relatives, who briefed him on the circumstances surrounding the fatal incident.
Patwari said that while mourning the loss, the family’s tragedy also highlighted systemic shortcomings. He pointed out that if the state’s education system and hostel infrastructure were more robust, young people like Arpit would not feel compelled to seek opportunities far from home under risky conditions.
The Delhi accident, which claimed Arpit’s life while he was traveling for studies, has sparked a broader debate about the adequacy of educational facilities in smaller towns of Madhya Pradesh. Patwari urged the state government to accelerate improvements in school quality and affordable hostels to prevent similar losses in the future.
