Landslides and Falling Stones Threaten Jammu–Srinagar Highway

Fresh landslides have been reported along the Jammu–Srinagar National Highway, causing disruptions to traffic flow.
In addition, stones have been observed shooting down from the surrounding slopes, posing a serious hazard to vehicles on the route.

Local authorities have urged motorists to exercise caution and to stay updated on road conditions.
The Ministry of Road Transport has dispatched teams to assess the damage and to clear debris from the affected sections.
