The Kerala High Court has ordered that students suspended from the Students' Federation of India be prohibited from taking upcoming examinations.
The Kerala High Court issued an order preventing students who have been suspended from the Students' Federation of India (SFI) from sitting for scheduled examinations. The directive applies to all academic institutions within the state that are required to follow the court's ruling.
The suspension of the SFI members, which preceded the court's intervention, had already barred them from campus activities. With the High Court's decision, the students are now also barred from appearing in any forthcoming exams until further notice.
The ruling is expected to impact the academic progress of the affected students and may prompt additional legal petitions seeking relief or clarification on the scope of the ban.
