Kerala Govt to Cover Costs of Transporting Arunachal Student’s Body Home

The Kerala government has decided to cover all costs associated with transporting the body of a student from Arunachal Pradesh back to his hometown. The decision was announced by the transport ministry in a brief statement earlier today. Kerala will arrange for a refrigerated vehicle and necessary paperwork to ensure a dignified return. The student, a local resident of Arunachal, passed away while visiting Kerala for a family event. Officials said the state will handle all logistics and expenses, including transportation, cremation arrangements, and any related formalities.
