The Karnataka government has started registration for the 2027 second-year Pre‑University Course, with the final date to apply set for 11 November.
The Department of Pre‑University Education in Karnataka announced that online registration for the 2027 second-year Pre‑University Course (2nd PUC) is now open. The move is part of the state’s annual admission cycle for students completing their 10th standard and seeking to pursue higher secondary education.
Applicants are required to submit their details through the official portal, providing academic records, identity proof and payment of the prescribed fee. The system allows candidates to select preferred colleges from the list of affiliated institutions across the state.
The registration window will remain active until 11 November 2024, after which no further applications will be accepted. Officials have urged students to complete the process well before the deadline to avoid technical glitches and to secure seats in their chosen colleges.
For assistance, candidates can contact the Karnataka Pre‑University Education Department helpline or visit the nearest district education office. The department will release the merit list and allotment details in the weeks following the closure of registration.
