Karnataka Expands Online RTI Filing to All Bengaluru One, Karnataka One, Grama One Centres

The Karnataka government has broadened its online Right to Information (RTI) portal, enabling citizens to file requests at all Bengaluru One, Karnataka One and Grama One centres.
The state has announced that the online RTI filing service will now be available at all Bengaluru One, Karnataka One and Grama One centres.
This move follows earlier roll‑outs in select locations, aiming to improve accessibility for residents across Karnataka.
Citizens can now submit RTI applications electronically, cutting down on paperwork and speeding up response times.
The government said the extension will be effective from a date to be announced.
The expansion is part of a broader push to digitise public services and enhance transparency.
