Karnataka drug authorities have revoked licences of 16 pharmacies and initiated action against a Pfizer C&F depot after uncovering a fake drug racket.
The Karnataka State Drug Control Department announced the cancellation of licences for 16 pharmacies suspected of distributing counterfeit medicines. The move follows a detailed investigation that linked the outlets to a broader network selling sub‑standard and fake drugs across the state.
