The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education has announced the shift of three examination centres for the upcoming Annual Regular 2026 exams.
Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) issued a notice today confirming that three previously designated examination centres will be moved to new locations for the Annual Regular 2026 examinations. The decision, communicated through the board's official website and circulars to schools, applies to the upcoming schedule that begins in early March.
The relocation aims to address logistical considerations raised by participating schools and local authorities. JKBOSE has instructed schools to inform students of the new venues promptly, ensuring that candidates can adjust travel plans and accommodation arrangements without disruption.
Board officials emphasized that the change will not affect the exam timetable, question paper security, or evaluation procedures. They have provided a helpline and email address for queries, and urged students and parents to verify the updated centre details before the examination day.
The move reflects JKBOSE's ongoing efforts to streamline the examination process across the state, maintaining fairness and accessibility for all examinees.
