Jharkhand's Santhal Pargana Schools to Draft 3-Year Development Plans from Oct 1

From October 1, all 9,060 government schools in Jharkhand's Santhal Pargana region will be required to draft comprehensive three‑year development plans as part of the state's educational policy.\n\nThe directive, issued by the state education department, mandates that each school outline objectives for infrastructure, staffing, curriculum enhancement and monitoring mechanisms.\n\nThe initiative aims to standardise planning across the tribal region and improve resource allocation, teacher recruitment and student outcomes.
