The Jharkhand state cabinet gave the green light to establish 100 CM Excellence schools aimed at raising academic standards across the state.
The Jharkhand cabinet, convened in Ranchi, formally approved the creation of one hundred CM Excellence schools during its recent session. The decision, announced by the chief minister, is part of a broader strategy to enhance the quality of primary and secondary education in the state.
Each new school will be equipped with modern infrastructure, digital classrooms, and trained teaching staff, targeting underserved districts where learning outcomes have lagged behind national averages. The state government has earmarked a dedicated budget for the project, with construction slated to begin in the upcoming fiscal year.
