Jammu and Kashmir Registers 1 Lakh Casual, Daily-Wage Workers; No Regularisation Timeline

The Jammu and Kashmir administration has registered more than one lakh casual, daily-wage and other workers, according to a report by Kashmir Life. The registry includes workers engaged on temporary or daily wage basis across various sectors in the union territory. Officials confirmed that, as of now, there is no fixed timeline for converting these positions into regular posts.
