The trailer of Rajinikanth’s forthcoming film Jailer 2 has sparked notable day‑one box office interest, indicating it could achieve the biggest opening ever for a Kollywood movie in India.
The trailer for Jailer 2, featuring superstar Rajinikanth, has been widely shared across social media and television channels, drawing immediate attention from fans and trade observers. Early responses show heightened enthusiasm, with many anticipating a strong turnout on the film’s opening day.
Trade analysts tracking the trailer’s impact suggest that the buzz could translate into one of the highest first‑day collections ever recorded for a Tamil-language film in the Indian market. They point to the combination of Rajinikanth’s enduring popularity and the film’s high‑production values as key drivers.
