Rajinikanth's 'Jailer 2' has recorded its lowest single-day box office collection on day 14, marking a significant slowdown in its midweek performance.
The highly anticipated Tamil film 'Jailer 2', starring superstar Rajinikanth, has witnessed a notable dip in its box office performance. On its 14th day of release, the movie recorded its lowest single-day collection to date, signaling a slowdown in audience turnout during the midweek period.
Industry reports indicate that while the film has maintained a strong run since its opening, the midweek lull has impacted its daily gross. This trend is consistent with the typical box office pattern for major releases, where weekend collections are significantly higher compared to weekdays.
As the film enters its third week, the focus shifts to how it sustains its run in the coming days. The drop in single-day hauls is a key metric for distributors and exhibitors to gauge the film's continued momentum in the theatrical market.
Despite the midweek slowdown, 'Jailer 2' remains a significant commercial event in the Indian film industry, with its overall collection continuing to accumulate across various regions.
