Indore's SGSITS Offers Engineering in Hindi Under New Education Policy

SGSITS in Indore has launched an engineering program in Hindi, offering flexibility for students to exit with a diploma or continue for a degree, aligning with the National Education Policy.
Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology and Science (SGSITS) in Indore has introduced a pioneering engineering program delivered entirely in Hindi. This initiative is part of the implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP).
The new course offers students significant flexibility. They have the option to pursue a diploma or continue their studies for a full engineering degree. This allows students to leave the program with a recognized qualification at different stages, should they choose to.
Despite the innovative approach, the initial phase of counseling has seen a modest uptake, with only two students enrolling in the program during the first round of admissions.
