The Indore administration has implemented a traffic diversion plan due to the ongoing construction of a flyover at Dewas Naka Chowk. On the first day of the diversion, a severe traffic jam was reported between 11 am and 1 pm, causing inconvenience to thousands of commuters. The jam was so severe that even an ambulance got stuck in the traffic. The diversion plan has been put in place to facilitate the construction of the flyover, which is expected to ease traffic congestion in the area once completed.
