Indore to Host Massive Ravana Dahan with 111‑ft Effigy on Dussehra

On Tuesday, Indore will observe Dussehra with Ravana Dahan at over ten sites, including a 111‑foot tall effigy at Dussehra Maidan. The Chief Minister will perform weapons worship in the DRP line.
On Tuesday, Indore will mark Dussehra with Ravana Dahan ceremonies at more than ten locations across the city.
The main celebration will take place at Dussehra Maidan, where a 111‑foot high Ravana effigy and a 250‑foot long Lanka model will be burnt.
Additional sites slated for the ritual include Chimanbagh, Chhawni, Vijay Nagar, Kalani Nagar and Subhash Nagar.
The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh is scheduled to perform shastra pujan (weapons worship) in the DRP line as part of the festivities.
