Indore's underground metro project is set to gain momentum with the arrival of a Tunnel Boring Machine from Thailand. The machine will dig tunnels at a depth of 20 meters.
The Indore metro project has received a significant boost with the arrival of a Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) from Thailand. Weighing around 1000 tons, this massive machine will be used to dig tunnels for the underground metro line. The TBM will operate at a depth of approximately 20 meters below the ground level. The machine's components are being assembled, a process that is expected to take around a month. Once the assembly is complete, the machine will begin digging tunnels in September.
