Indore High Court Overturns Mayor Council Order on Karbala Maidan Fair

The Indore High Court has intervened in the matter of a fair proposed at Karbala Maidan, overturning a recent decision by the Mayor Council. The council had initially cancelled the permission granted for the fair.

During a hearing held on a holiday, the High Court quashed the Mayor Council's order. Consequently, the permission granted by the Municipal Commissioner for the fair has been restored.

The court's decision means the fair at Karbala Maidan can proceed as per the Municipal Commissioner's initial approval.
