A forest department team was attacked in Indore while trying to remove encroachments from forest land. One forest officer was injured in the incident.
The incident occurred in the Choral range of Indore, where a team of forest officials had gone to remove encroachments from forest land. The encroachers attacked the team, pelting stones and breaking the glass of two JCB machines and a government vehicle. One forest officer was injured in the attack. The forest department had launched an operation to remove encroachments from forest land in the area.
