Indore: Elephant Gets Bail

In a unique case, an elephant that trampled a youth to death in the Rajanagar area of Indore has been granted conditional bail by a court. The court has ordered that the elephant not be taken out of the city until the final verdict is delivered. The elephant has been handed over to a group of sadhus. The handler and owner of the elephant, who were found responsible for the incident, have been sent to jail.
