Indore: 50+ Slums Demolished

In a major crackdown on encroachments, the Indore municipal corporation and district administration demolished over 50 slums and 8 shops on government land in the Khajarana area. The land, located near the Nahar Shahwali Dargah, was freed from illegal constructions. The action is expected to provide a significant boost to the development of the area. The district administration had been planning to remove the encroachments for a long time, and finally, the demolition drive was carried out on Saturday.
