IndiGo, India's largest airline by market share, has announced the relocation of 12 international flights to Navi Mumbai airport. The move is expected to free up capacity at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) in Mumbai, which has been facing increasing congestion due to a surge in air travel. The airline will begin operating these flights from Navi Mumbai from a specific date, which is yet to be announced.
