India's Counter-Intelligence Training to Emphasize Deception Tactics

ThePrint, an Indian news website, is emphasizing the crucial role of deception in modern counter-intelligence operations. The article draws a parallel between contemporary counter-intelligence strategies and ancient Indian texts like Arthashastra, authored by the renowned strategist Kautilya. Kautilya's work is widely recognized for its insights into statecraft and the use of deception as a powerful tool. ThePrint suggests that India's counter-intelligence training programs should incorporate these principles to effectively counter evolving threats.
