Following India's recent Test series against Sri Lanka, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is expected to review and potentially overhaul its back‑room personnel.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is reportedly preparing a review of its back‑room staff after the conclusion of the recent Test series against Sri Lanka.
Sources close to the board suggest that the performance of the team and the outcomes of the series will be key factors in deciding whether to retain or replace key support staff.
While no official announcement has been made, analysts predict that the BCCI may look to bring in fresh talent or re‑allocate responsibilities to better align with the national team's strategic goals.
The move would follow a pattern of periodic reviews that the board undertakes after major series to ensure optimal support for the playing XI.
Stakeholders and fans alike are watching closely as the BCCI prepares to make decisions that could shape the team's future performance.
