India has strongly condemned Pakistan at the UN Human Rights Council, accusing it of nurturing terrorism as a state policy and rejecting Islamabad's claims on Jammu and Kashmir.
New Delhi has leveled serious accusations against Islamabad at the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC). India's delegation characterized Pakistan as a 'Frankenstein state,' asserting that it actively cultivates terrorism as a matter of state policy.
During the proceedings, India unequivocally rejected Pakistan's allegations concerning the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. India reiterated that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India, dismissing any claims to the contrary.
Furthermore, India highlighted the human rights situation within territories currently under Pakistan's administration. The Indian delegation pointed to alleged human rights violations occurring in these regions.
