Director Imtiaz Ali and producer Mahaveer Jain announced that their upcoming film ‘Side Heroes’ will be filmed entirely in the state of Bihar.
Imtiaz Ali, the celebrated director known for films like 'Jab We Met', has confirmed that his upcoming project 'Side Heroes' will be shot entirely in Bihar. The film is a joint venture with producer Mahaveer Jain, who has previously worked on several high‑profile Bollywood productions.
The decision marks a first for the Hindi film industry, as 'Side Heroes' will be the first major Bollywood feature to be filmed completely within the state’s borders. Filming will take place across several districts, showcasing the region’s diverse landscapes and cultural heritage.
