Andre Timmins of Wizcraft confirmed that the International Indian Film Academy Awards will take place in Abu Dhabi in 2027, marking a new venue for the ceremony.
Senior Wizcraft official Andre Timmins disclosed that the International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) will be staged in Abu Dhabi in 2027. The decision follows discussions with UAE tourism authorities and reflects the growing partnership between Indian entertainment and the Gulf region.
Timmins highlighted that Abu Dhabi offers state-of-the-art venues and a strategic location that can attract global audiences and industry stakeholders. He noted that the move aligns with IIFA's tradition of rotating the ceremony across major international cities to showcase Indian cinema worldwide.
