The Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) issued an official notice on Tuesday outlining the timetable for the Under‑19 women’s Twenty20 selection trials. The schedule lists specific dates, venues and registration deadlines for aspiring young cricketers across Telangana.
According to the notice, the first trial will be held on 15 September at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Hyderabad, followed by subsequent sessions on 22 September and 29 September at the Nizam College Ground and the Osmania University Sports Complex respectively. Players must submit their eligibility documents online by 5 September and attend a mandatory fitness test before the on‑field assessments.
HCA officials emphasized that the selection process aims to identify talent for the national Under‑19 women’s squad ahead of upcoming international tournaments. They urged coaches and schools to inform eligible players and highlighted that the trials will be conducted under the supervision of certified coaches and former women’s internationals.
