Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu assured teachers that the new complex system would be implemented with their support and announced the withdrawal of pending FIRs related to the issue.

The Himachal Pradesh government has introduced a new complex system aimed at streamlining teacher evaluation and administrative processes. Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu addressed teachers across the state, emphasizing that the system would be designed to support educators rather than burden them.

During the briefing, the CM assured that the new framework would incorporate teacher feedback and provide clear guidelines to ensure transparency and fairness. He also highlighted that the government would offer training sessions to help teachers adapt to the changes.

In a related development, the CM announced the withdrawal of several FIRs that had been filed by teachers and parents over concerns about the system’s implementation. He stated that the legal action was unnecessary and that the government would resolve the issues through dialogue.

The announcement was welcomed by teacher unions, who expressed relief that the government was taking steps to address their grievances. Officials said that the next phase would involve pilot testing the system in selected districts before a full rollout.
