High‑speed Mahindra Thar crashes through railing on Indore's Rajendra Nagar Bridge, four injured

A Mahindra Thar traveling at high speed lost control on the Rajendra Nagar bridge in Indore on Saturday, broke the bridge railing and fell about 40 feet onto the service road, injuring four occupants.
On Saturday morning, a Mahindra Thar SUV travelling at a very high speed veered off its lane on the Rajendra Nagar bridge in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The vehicle struck the bridge railing with such force that the railing gave way and the car plunged roughly 40 feet onto the service road below.
Emergency services arrived promptly at the scene. Four people inside the Thar sustained injuries of varying severity and were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. Their conditions were reported as stable, and no fatalities were recorded.
Local police have opened an investigation to determine the exact cause of the loss of control, including whether speed, driver error or road conditions contributed to the crash. The bridge has been cordoned off pending safety inspections before traffic is restored.
