In addition to the nationwide alert, the IMD has specifically identified 15 districts in Odisha that are likely to experience heavy downpours. The districts include Bhadrak, Ganjam, and Jajpur, among others. Residents in these areas are advised to stay indoors and keep emergency supplies ready.
