Haryana Links Mhari Sadak App to Road Contracts for Quicker Fixes

The Mhari Sadak app, launched last year to streamline road repair complaints, will now interface directly with the state’s road maintenance contracts. Under the new system, a citizen’s complaint will be forwarded to the contractor responsible for that stretch of road, eliminating the need for multiple handovers. Officials say the change should cut response times and improve accountability. The move was announced by the Haryana government in a press release earlier this week.
